Q: Can I put my brand on the battery?

Yes. We can print your logo on the shrink wrap, casing, and box. Custom connectors, specific sizes, and BMS settings are also welcome. Just send us your requirements.

Q: Lithium batteries are hard to ship. How do you handle it?

We handle all the Class 9 DG (Dangerous Goods) paperwork and customs clearance. For the USA, EU, UK, and Australia, we offer DDP Service (Door to Door). We ship it, clear customs, and pay the import tax for you. You just wait for delivery.

Q: How fast can you ship?

Samples: 3-5 days. Bulk production: 15-20 days after deposit. Custom molds: Add about 10 days for tooling.
