Can I buy samples to test? How do I pay?
Yes, we support sample orders. Just tell us which battery and what connector you need. We will create a PI (Proforma Invoice) for you including shipping cost. We accept PayPal for small sample orders to protect your money. For bulk, we use Bank Transfer (T/T).
Why are there no prices on the website? How do I get a quote?
Because we are a factory, prices fluctuate with raw materials and quantity. We customize connectors and wire gauges for every order, so a fixed price is not accurate. Simply click the "Inquire" / "Get Quote" button or email us with the Model No. and Quantity. We usually send an official quotation within 12 hours.
The connector in the photo is wrong. Can you change it?
Yes, Free of Charge. We solder connectors upon order. We stock XT60, XT90, EC5, AS150, etc. Please specify the connector you need in your inquiry. We will quote you the battery with the correct plug pre-installed.
Do you ship to my country? (DG Cargo)
Yes, we ship globally via Class 9 DG lines. Send us your detailed address in the inquiry. We will calculate the exact shipping cost (DDP or DAP) based on the total weight and destination.
Can you print my Logo on the battery? (OEM Service)
Yes, even for small orders. We can print your logo on the shrink wrap and packaging box. When you send the inquiry, just attach your Logo file (AI or PDF). We will verify if there is any extra cost and include it in the quote.
